With ST Add-on: Direct Call, users can create a Simple Text widget that runs a Direct Dial shortcut. This makes it easy for users to make phone calls directly from the Simple Text widget without having to open the phone app. However, it is important to note that this add-on won't appear in Simple Text.
It is also worth mentioning that after installing or uninstalling this add-on, users need to refresh their existing widgets. To do so, they must open Simple Text -> Widget Manager -> Refresh Widgets. Additionally, users must have Simple Textor later installed to use this add-on.
